Cargo Pre-Clearance

Cargo Pre-clearance is facilitated through the Jamaica Customs Department ‘pre-arrival processing’ (PAPS) system. Under this system WorldTrade eLogistics is able to submit our clients clearance entries and pay the duty before the vessel arrives in Jamaica with their cargo, thus speeding up release of the goods once they are landed.
